CANCELLATION

01 ·OPERATOR & MERCHANT OF RECORD
RustRaven (operated by RustRaven Enterprise) provides community memberships, passes, and cosmetic or identity items ("Digital Goods"). Payments for Digital Goods are processed by PayNow.gg, which acts as the Merchant of Record — PayNow handles payment processing, applicable taxes, and settlement. Your purchase is also subject to PayNow's own terms and policies.
02 ·DIGITAL GOODS — ALL SALES FINAL
Because Digital Goods are delivered to your account immediately and cannot be returned, all sales are final and non-refundable, except where required by law or in the following cases:
- ▮ A verified billing error, such as a duplicate charge or an incorrect amount
- ▮ A purchase that was paid for but not delivered
In these cases we will work with PayNow to issue a correction or refund.
03 ·SUBSCRIPTIONS & CANCELLATION
Membership subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled. You may cancel at any time; cancellation stops future renewals. Cancellation does not provide a prorated refund of the current period — your membership benefits remain active until the end of the period you have already paid for. You can manage or cancel a subscription through PayNow's subscription management, or by contacting us.
04 ·EFFECT OF REFUND OR CHARGEBACK
If a purchase is refunded or charged back, the entitlements granted by that purchase (badges, cosmetics, titles, membership status, and related benefits) are revoked from the associated account. Community points are always free to earn and are never sold, so they are unaffected by refunds.
05 ·HOW TO REQUEST
To request a refund for a billing error or non-delivery, email [email protected] with your account or Steam ID and the approximate date and amount of the charge. Refund requests are reviewed by us and, where approved, facilitated through PayNow.
06 ·GOVERNING LAW
This policy is governed by the laws of Malaysia.
