By accessing and using RustRaven ("the Service"), you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provisions of this agreement. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our Service.

To use certain features of our Service, you may need to create an account. You agree to:

• ▮ Maintain the security of your account credentials
• ▮ Accept responsibility for all activities under your account
• ▮ Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use

Our points system is subject to these conditions:

• ▮ Points have no cash value and cannot be exchanged for real money
• ▮ Points are non-transferable between accounts
• ▮ We reserve the right to modify point values and rewards at any time
• ▮ Fraudulent attempts to earn points may result in account termination
• ▮ Points may expire after extended periods of account inactivity

When using our Service, you agree not to:

• ▮ Violate any applicable laws or regulations
• ▮ Harass, abuse, or harm other users
• ▮ Use cheats, exploits, or unauthorized modifications
• ▮ Impersonate any person or entity
• ▮ Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems
• ▮ Engage in any activity that interferes with the Service

Players on our game servers must adhere to our server rules, which include but are not limited to:

• ▮ No cheating, hacking, or exploiting game mechanics
• ▮ No harassment, racism, or hate speech
• ▮ No griefing or intentional destruction of other players' work
• ▮ Respect for other players and administrators
• ▮ Following specific server-type rules (PvE, PvP, etc.)

We may terminate or suspend your account immediately, without prior notice, for any reason, including breach of these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease. All points and rewards associated with terminated accounts will be forfeited.

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free. We are not responsible for any loss of data, progress, or in-game items.

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. We will notify users of any material changes by posting the new Terms on this page. Your continued use of the Service after any changes indicates your acceptance of the new Terms.

RustRaven (operated by RustRaven Enterprise) offers optional paid memberships, seasonal passes, and cosmetic or identity items. Cash purchases grant cosmetic, identity, and quality-of-life benefits (such as badges, name colors, titles, and priority queue) and boosts to the rate at which you earn free community points. Cash purchases do not sell gameplay power or competitive advantage — top-tier gameplay items are only obtainable by playing. Community points are always free to earn, have no cash value, cannot be cashed out or transferred, and may expire monthly.

Payments are processed by PayNow.gg, which acts as the Merchant of Record for your purchase. By making a purchase you also agree to PayNow's applicable terms and policies.

Membership subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled. You may cancel at any time; access to membership benefits continues until the end of the current paid period. See our Refund & Cancellation Policy for details.

Refunds and cancellations are governed by our Refund & Cancellation Policy.
